This round my opponent is playing the new and improved Legion of Everblight, with Kryssa1 CotD / Fyanna2 PT / Bethayne1 OoA. My lists are the same as before.
Pick and Ban – round 2
For my second week I get to play into Skorne, with the following lists: Makeda3 DoA / Jalaam1 WoD / Zaal2 TE. I chat a bit with my opponent and he tells me he doesn't know Cryx very well. After looking at his lists, I really hope that means he won't ban Scaverous. I'm quite certain that I will want to ban Zaal2, and feel like Scavourous will have the best game into the remaining lists, easily outhreatening Makeda while being able to dismantle her bunker, and leveraging Carapace against Jalaam.
Pick & Ban – Round 1
Turns out that my opponent for the first round had dropped, so I was lucky enough that the organizer stepped in to make sure we had an even number of participants. As he was filling in for the drop, it defaulting to him being my opponent in the first round instead. I was up against Thyra EI / Feora4 CM / Reznik2 TFM.
Fishcord Pick and Ban
Fishcord's latest event is a league-style Steamroller where you bring 3 lists and before the pairing process, you get to ban one of your opponent's. Then the fine folks over at Knightsmachine came up with an extra challenge: play random casters!
Cryx goes to the VTC (Updated)
I'm sure by now most, if not all, of you have already heard that the current pandemic has forced the WTC to be cancelled, which is of course very sad. Luckily, the good people at Knightsmachine have stepped up and are offering a virtual event to somewhat fill the void. It will be held using Wartable, which has been built, basically from the ground up, to accommodate. The lists have now been released and here are my takes on the Cryxian ones.

I keep cycling through playing different lists against the usual opponent, but this time I'm not even playing Asphyxious the Sanctified! This time, I wanted to try out some different jank.

Next list I really wanted to try with Asphyxious 4 was Deneghra 2. My usual Merc opponent was up for the task and so we played the Asphyxious 4 vs Asphyxious 4 matchup seen below.

So, while we're all confined to our homes and we, as war gamers, have itches that need scratching, I figured I might as well have a game on Vassal. Now that Asphyxious 4 is finally out, and I don't have him yet, seemed like the perfect opportunity to actually try him out anyway.

Well, technically it doesn't, as the event itself has been cancelled, but the lists were still published and I thought it would be a nice pastime to go over them together, in these times of self-quarantine.
Belgian Masters XXXL
The Belgian Masters XXX had transformed to an XXXL edition this year. There were multiple events per day with most of them offering 1 or more spots to compete in the invitational on Sunday. I had a bought a bunch of casters to the event, of which I was planning of maining my Skarre 1 in DH, paired with whatever tickled my fancy.
